This is unacceptable, especially when we are in times of financial crises and times of violent conflict.
We voters must take affirmative action and punish the MPs and the main three political parties by means of our vote.
Unfortunately we cannot use this act to judge and sentence the Lords and Ladies, but after the election we can try pursuading the new government to take legal action against them.
We can only do this if we can get enough voters to understand that they are not alone and that their punishment-vote will not be wasted.
THE ACCUSED
The Accused are:
Leaders of the three main parties
All sitting MPs and Lords Ladies in the houses of parliament
All three main political parties
THE CHARGES
The Accused (The party leaders, MPs, lords, ladies and the three main political parties) are charged with committing the following acts in violation of Common Law against each and every Free Man and Free Woman of these lands:
- MPs of all parties knowingly created false exppense claims with intent to steal monies belonging to the Free Men and Free Women of these lands.
- Rich Lords and Ladies of the New Labour party knowingly deceived the authorities about their home addresses for the purpose of stealing tax monies belonging to the Free Men and Free Women of these lands.
- Leaders of the three main parties did conspire to encourage, to preserve and to hide these false expense claims. These leaders did conspire to hide the false claims of their friends.
- Leaders of the three main parties did conspire to sell peerages for cash donations.
- New Labour ministers did pervert the electoral laws by giving funds to Trade Unions so that they could finance Labour candidates by the back door with taxpayers' monies. These monies were used without the permission of the Common Men and Common Women of these lands
- Ex-Prime Minister and his advisors lied to start an illegal war.
- Ex-ministers of the New Labour Government sought bribe monies from lobbyists to pervert the making of laws.
- All three main parties did conspire to make nearly identical policies, thus depriving the Common Man and Common Woman of these lands from having an effective vote. The Comman Man and Common Woman, in their majority, do desire policies which are ignored by the three main parties, such as: mass immigration, better law and order, punish real villains, stop harassing the law-abiding, fairer taxes, referendums on major treaties.
- Peter Mandelson, a current minister in the New Labour government, deceived various authorities for financial and personal political gain. He created a false instrument for the purposes of obtaining a mortgage. He sought to obtain bribe monies from the Hinduja Brothers and he sought to pervert the normal processes to obtain passports for them.
- Ex-Prime Minister and his advisors bullied David Kelly into suicide to hide thier lies about their illegal war.
- Ex-Prime Minister profitted by millions of pounds because of his illegal war, while families of soldiers killed and wounded in his illegal war got comparitively little.
- The MPs did seek to destroy the anicent and valued freedoms of the Common Man and Common Woman of these lands, such as Habeas Corpus, Freedom of Speech, Trial by Jury.
- MPs did seek to enforce covert and overt spying and scrutiny of the normal reasonable actions of the Free Men and Free Women of these lands.
We the Common Man and Common Woman of these lands do hereby make judgement and pass sentence by means of the single act of casting our votes for independent political parties that are untainted by the above crimes.
We hereby promise to place our X for any party but NOT FOR THESE PARTIES:
We will not vote for New Labour
We will not vote for Cameron's Conservatives
We will not vote for the Liberal Democrats
